celebrating my birthday in Port Isaac exceeded expectations! Jacob's cottage was perfect - a charming fisherman's cottage over 3 floors with everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better, just a minute's walk to the harbor. And the food at the nearby Golden Lion pub was simply scrummy!

Fantastic location in the heart of a charming seaside town. Steps away from amenities such as pubs, restaurants, and shops. The proximity to the beach was a major highlight, making it easy to enjoy the coastal scenery. The cottage itself provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Access to the property by vehicle was challenging due to the narrow streets. Visitors with young children should be cautious when stepping out as cars come very close to the front door.

We loved staying at this charming fisherman's cottage over three floors. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the location couldn't have been better. Although there was no parking available, the affordable carpark nearby made it convenient. Plus, being just a minute's walk from the harbor was perfect for enjoying an early morning stroll with our dog while sipping on a cup of tea. The Golden Lion pub across the street was also delightful, and the food was simply scrumptious.
The breakfast menu could benefit from a wider variety of options.

The location of the cottage was fantastic, with easy access to the bay and a beautiful harbor just a short walk away. . the cottage had a quirky charm to it, adding to the overall experience. We enjoyed the convenience of having a pub nearby, offering delicious food and a cozy atmosphere.
The cottage could definitely benefit from some updating, particularly in terms of the bedding and mattresses, which were not as fresh as we would have liked. . Some areas of the cottage were not properly cleaned, and we also noticed dust and cobwebs in certain areas.
